Day1
9th of January you in the morning you will drive to Ouidah. In Ouidah you will drop at the sacred forest. It is a place you will have a lot of information about the spiritual life of Ouidah people. It is why the ceremonies of Voodoo festival started here. After the forest you will go to the python temple. In Ouidah the python is worshiped. You can see many alive pythons in this temple. They don’t bite you can take and make photos. It is a principal totem of HOUEDA people the biggest community in Ouidah.
In the afternoon you can feel the festival in the city. Many places you will see people dancing voodoo music and making some sacrifices in the convents. The festival in Ouidah stays in two places one in the forest and the second one at the beach.

Day 2
10th In the morning after breakfast you will drive to Grand Popo where, a big part of the festival is celebrated. You will have time to assist to different traditional dances.
Evening you will have a traditional music show at the beach.

Day 3
11th In the morning after breakfast we will board a rowing boat for a cultural excursion to the villages Gbècon and Hêvê. The boat will go through the mangroves of the river, according the tide of the water. By foot we will visit the villages. From the villages you will go to ‘’La Bouche du Roi’’. It is an unspoiled beach where the river comes into the sea. You can swim here following the guide instructions. On the way back to Grand Popo you will visit the salt island. It is a place you will visit a group of women cooking salt, it a traditional way to do it.
In afternoon you will have your lunch in local restaurant before going to the beach. There swimming pool there also to swimming.

Day4
in the morning after breakfast you will drive to Possotome. All the day you will visit the village and Mitogbodji Island and its birds and the sacred forest.

Day5
12th In the morning after your breakfast you will drive to Ganvie. It is a stilts village close to Cotonou. It one of the best in Africa called Venice of Africa.
From Ganvie you will drive to Bohicon.

Day 6
In the morning you will drive to Boukombe to visit Tata Somba. Boukoumbe is the region with the Tata Somba of the Otammari people. The specific mud houses, look like little castles.

Day 7
Early in the morning we will drive to Pendjari National Park . It is the most important animal reserve in West Africa.

Day8
Early in the morning we will go back to the Park to see the animals drinking in the pools. In the afternoon we will go to Tanougou waterfall to swim and relax.
Overnight stay in Natitingou.
Day9
After the breakfast in the hotel we will drive to Taneka. It is a typical African village with a spiritual man who protect the village against the diseases and bad spirits. In this village they circomcise men at 25 years old. We will also have here a traditional dance. From Taneka we will drive to Cotonou.
